What license types are available for panoramas?
We provide clear, standard licensing options:
- Commercial Royalty-Free License: Worldwide, perpetual use in advertising, marketing, web design, print publications, and commercial presentations.
- Editorial License: For news, commentary, educational publications, and documentaries.
- Comp License (Free Preview): 960px watermarked sample for layout mockups and pitch decks (valid for 30 days of testing).
How do accompanying / companion photos work?
- Accompanying travel stills from the same date are available for free 960px preview under Creative Commons (CC BY 4.0 with attribution).
- A commercial license for these companion stills is available for $19. During our current beta period, the high-resolution source file is delivered directly to your email.
Pricing, Currency & VAT
What currency do you use?
Our catalog prices are listed in USD and EUR (1 USD = 1 EUR).
How is VAT handled for businesses?
- All prices are quoted net + applicable VAT.
- Businesses within the European Union with a valid VAT ID (USt-IdNr.) can enter their VAT number during checkout to receive reverse-charge zero-rated VAT invoices.
- Non-EU customers are not subject to EU VAT.
Files, Formats & Downloads
What format and resolutions are delivered?
- Full-resolution panorama downloads are delivered as master high-quality JPEGs.
- The metadata panel on each photo page details the exact pixel dimensions (e.g. 12,000 × 4,000 px), aspect ratio, camera EXIF information, and 300 DPI print dimensions.
How do I receive my purchased files?
Upon completing payment, you receive instant download access on the confirmation page, as well as an order confirmation email containing your secure download link and PDF license certificate.
Can I buy as a guest without creating an account?
Yes. Guest checkout is fully supported. An account is optional if you wish to track your order history and manage corporate licensing under one dashboard.
